For some reason Blood for the Blood God II DLC is not enabled in PDX.ini by default, though game files for it are present. You can manually activate it by adding this string to DLCs list in PDX.ini. 594591=Total War: WARHAMMER II – Blood for the Blood God II. The game has had a significant downgrade in performance after the Mortal empires patch for alot of people it seems, im running a i7 7740x @ 4.3GHZ and a GTX 1080ti with the windows 10 fall update and i get pretty large FPS drops while playing in battles 20 vs 20, this is at 1920x1080 and ultra preset with units set to large and v sync on, my benchmark before the patch was always 110 fps, but.
