The Basement Collection

  • The Basement Collection is a compilation of 9 award winning indie games by Edmund McMillen, creator of.Super Meat Boy. and.The Binding of Isaac.
  • The unlockable content in the Basement Collection only requires a white star to be obtained on the respective game that unlocks it, obtained simply for beating the main core sections in each game. A black star, on the other hand, won't unlock anything beyond this extra content. It's simply an indicator that the game has been completed fully (100%).
  • The basement was typically referred to as a cellar in its early days when it was mostly a root cellar – an underground or partially underground space that was used to store crops like vegetables, fruits, nuts, and other food products on a farm.

5.0 out of 5 stars Boobs and Blood a Plenty in The Basement: Retro 80's Horror Collection. Reviewed in the United States on November 25, 2013. Verified Purchase. The packaging for this product is creative and unique. It brings to mind the old, huge VHS box's from the 80's. The movies are of course amateurish and campy but that's the charm about.
